Pocatello, Idaho Waldram reunion

Tuesday we left Garden City and headed to Pocatello, Idaho for a big reunion with the extended Waldram family. It was great to see how green Pocatello is and we got to see Great Grandma and Grandpa Waldram. Sarah and Spencer had Braxton's baby blessing before we headed over to the park for our potluck lunch. It was a lot of fun, and Kamryn was tuckered out after playing so hard she fell asleep on the drive back home. We can't wait for our next reunion!

Fire station visit

We went to a local fire station with our church park group. The kids had so much fun looking around the fire station. They got to go into the truck and push any buttons they wanted, they shot the fire hose, tried on the fire uniform and even got to sit in the front.

Last trimester

On Friday June 3 I hit the 28 week mark so technically I am in my last trimester of this pregnancy. So far I have felt good, now only 12 more weeks to go!

The end of kindergarten

During her last week of kindergarten Kamryn had some fun events. First they did some folk dances with their third-grader friends, and afterwards we went back to the classroom where they all got their kindergarten certificates. That night she fell asleep with her book of dictated stories. Some of them are pretty funny. The next day they had a little "field trip" up the street at the park where they played and had some fun games going on. They played with the parachute and played a game of tag and a potato sack race. On her last day of school all of the students were given a memory book made by her teacher. It is very special and Kamryn has already looked at it several times. Kamryn is very nervous to go into first grade and tells me she just wants to stay in kindergarten. I know she really loved her teacher and I'm sure she will do well in first grade too!

Fun activities

One morning I came downstairs and found Macy lining up all of our soda cans. Silly girl. The girls were having fun playing in the tent pretending to be asleep. One day while Kamryn was in school I met some friends at a fun kid's place. They have all kinds of different rooms. A western room, a fire truck room, a supermarket room, a nursery a school and also a castle and pirate ship to play on. Macy had the best time here, I think we will definitely go back again! On Memorial day we took the girls to a cave near La Jolla that you can walk down. Kamryn was disappointed that she didn't find any treasure, maybe next time. Another day we took the kids to John's Incredible pizza. We ate a ton of food and played a lot of games. The girls had so much fun. We are pretty sure this will be there new favorite place to eat now!
