Our friends, Gina and Danny had some free tickets to the Del Mar fair so they invited us and Rebecca and Jordan to come! It was huge! I couldn't believe how many parking lots they had that were packed! We had so much fun eating everything along the way, including: terriyaki chicken and shrimp in a pineapple boat, fried twinkies and oreos, nachos, chocolate covered bacon, cinnamon rolls, kabobs, cheesecake and ice cream. We went into a few buildings to check out all of the gadgets they were selling. Jordan and I went on an awesome ride and all of the guys played a pool game then shot some hoops. Those games are hard! It was so much fun!

Residency graduation
Jeremy graduated residency! Yay! He received an award for his compassion towards his patients. Since he is the incoming Chief Resident he also spoke at the graduation and did a great job! After his graduation we went to eat lunch at BJ's. That night we went to a nice dinner celebration at the Bali Hai restaurant that is right on the water. The next day we went with Grandma and Grandpa to the park. I am so proud of Jeremy and how hard he has worked these past 3 years.

Summer time
This summer has been great! We have gone swimming in our pool a little and in a friend's pool for park group a lot! The kids have had fun running around in the water fountains too. We got to go watch Jeremy play in one of his league basketball games. We went with our friends to the drive-in to see the movie Brave. The kids had so much fun!

10 months
Grant is 10 months old. He has 3 teeth and is getting his fourth. He has said a few words like, mama, dada, and ba. He is so active and doesn't like to sit still very long. He is crawling all over the place and cruising but hasn't shown any interest in trying to walk. He loves to climb the stairs and then turns around to see if I am looking. When music comes on he does a little bounce dance, it is so cute to watch. He is such a happy boy with an adorable smile and bright big blue eyes! His favorite snack is maple flavored little crunchies. What a cutie!
