Coffee table

We have had this coffee table since I was a kid and it was in need of a makeover! I love that it doesn't have any sharp corners so I wanted to hold on to it. My mom helped me sand it and then we spray painted it black. It looks much better now!

Emily's Baby Shower

I drove up to Emily's house for her baby shower. It was fun to see all of the different letters of the alphabet that people made for her nursery wall. It will be cute when it is finished. It was good to see her and Brigid too!

Happy birthday Kamryn!

Kamryn turned 7 years old! Her door was decorated with balloons and she was happy when she woke up in the morning to find that out. She enjoyed her pancakes with sprinkles and syrup. After school she opened up some presents. She got a container for all the lego characters and the fifth Harry Potter book. She had a good day!

Crayon wreath

Kamryn and I did a special project together for her teacher for staff appreciation week. We started it during spring break, and finished it later on. I think it turned out so cute, and Mrs. Booth really loved it. She said all the other first grade teachers were jealous.

8 months

Grant turned 8 months old!  He is such a happy boy and everyone always compliments his big blue eyes. He absolutely loves the bath!   We love that boy!

Grant's new tricks

a Just a couple of days after Grandma and Grandpa left, Grant started pulling himself up with the help of furniture. I teased Grandma about her teaching him that while we were gone. He is getting into the shoes now too and is excited to stand up in his crib. We moved his mattress down to the lowest level after seeing him doing this. Crazy boy!

Grandma and Grandpa

When we got home from our cruise we went to the Mormon Batallion with Grandma and Grandpa. The kids love that place! It was raining a little so we headed back home and Kamryn opened her birthday presents from them. She got Harry Potter legos and a whole bunch of markers and paper since she likes art so much! We ordered Chessecake Factory for dinner that night to thank Grandma and Grandpa for watching our kids while we were gone. We were so appreciative!
