9 months

Grant turned 9 months old on May 18th. He loves pulling himself up so he can stand. He pretty much would prefer to do that than play with toys. He is very active and is always moving. He is such a happy boy!

Playing

Macy has really enjoyed playing with the water table she got for her birthday. We had our friends, Cadence and Aiden over to play and they liked playing with it too.

Mother's Day

Jeremy got me some pretty flowers for Mother's Day and Kamryn wrote some sweet things about me at school. I know what she meant, but it was funny to read that she doesn't want another mom like me. Ha! Ha!

Camping

Our church had a father and sons camping trip and since Grant is too young to go, Jeremy took Kamryn. Of course she fit right in with the boys and had a great time. They stayed up late and she crashed on the way home.

First Grade Folk Dance

Kamryn had a folk dance night with the other first graders. They were so cute! Kamryn was happier about it this year and was smiling and having fun.

Time Out For Women

My mom, my friends and I went to a Time Out For Women conference in Long Beach. It was great! We ate dinner on Friday night at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles. I've always wanted to try it and it was actually pretty good, and totally unhealthy. After conference that night we went to a crepe restaurant for dessert. We kinda celebrated April's birthday. On Saturday during our lunch break we ate lunch at CPK. We waited and extremely long amount of time to be seated and then waited forever for our food. We took some fun pictures afterwards, we even tried to make a T-O-F-W. The conference was wonderful and spiritually uplifting. It was fun to hang out with the girls, and we would love to go again! On our way home, April, Rebecca and I stopped in Irvine to do some shopping and we had Sarah meet up with us there.

Swim

The girls took swim lessons and did really well. They had a lot of fun!
