Macy's blessing

So we decided since we had family coming to visit for Jeremy's graduation, that we would bless Macy in Tehachapi that weekend. She of course, cried the whole time, but the blessing was still great. This isn't the greatest picture of Macy, but I wanted to show her blessing dress. My grandfather, my brother and I were all baptized in this dress, so it has been in the family a LONG time.

Happy Mother's Day

We love mommy and we wanted to express some feelings about her on this special day.
Our thoughts about our mommy & wife on Mother’s Day 2009.

Daddy
M: you are a role Model for our kids, especially given the fact that they are both female; they will want to be just like you and I am happy to have them pattern their lives after your life
O: you are Obedient; I have always admired this about you and this is a quality I always wanted in my wife and the mother of my childrem
T: you are Trustworthy and there not too many qualities that surpass this in a mother; I have always felt like I could trust you in every way and that will mean so much to our children
H: you are a Happy mother and the kids love and will love that about you; you are a pleasure to be around and your smile and laughter make all of us happy
E: you are Entertaining; one of my favorite things about our marriage is the fact that we laugh so much; I know Macy and Kamryn are going to love that about you
R: I have seen you grow spiritually into a Righteous mother and example; seeing growth in ourselves is always challenging because change is slow, but I have definitely seen it and I think you can too
Kamryn
Dad: What do you want to tell Mommy for Mother’s Day?
Kamryn: I just love her so, so much.
Dad: What do you love about her?
Kamryn: She is nice and she plays with me.
Dad: What else?
Kamryn: She’s a handful.
Macy
Dad: What do you want to tell Mommy for Mother’s Day?
Macy: smack, smack, gurgle, yawn (translation: mommy loves me and spends many sleepless nights feeding me and holding me and making me feel secure; I think she has the most important job in the world)

WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH MOMMY!! HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!

They grow so fast. . .

Today is Kamryn's 4th Birthday! I can't believe it has been 4 years already. Kamryn has such a fun personality, she is very imaginative and is such a blessing to our family. This year we went to her favorite restaurant: Souplantation! Then we had a small party at the park and ate some cupcakes. We love you Kamryn!

Baby girl

She surprised us all by coming a week early without any warning, but we are so glad she is here. Introducing Macy Waldram, born Wednesday April 8 at 9:09 am. She weighed 7 lbs 3 oz and was 21 inches. Everything happened so fast, a very different delivery than Kamryn. Kamryn loves her little sister, and we are a happy little family of four now.

Bigger

Well as you can see time is winding down until our newest addition will arrive! Today was my last day of work which was sad for me. Kamryn's last day at daycare went well too. She wrote the sweetest letter about Kamryn along with all of the creations/paintings/drawings she has done while there. She has really learned a lot. But I guess it is time to move on and pretty soon Kamryn will be starting preschool. In the meantime, I just keep getting bigger and more tired. But we are super excited to meet little Macy. (That is the name for those that didn't know)

Old friends

Jake, Jeremy & Aaron

Jumping on the trampoline

Last weekend we went to Paso Robles to visit some old friends. Jake and Kristin were our first "couple" friends when we were newlyweds living in Paso. We have so many good memories with them. Jake and Kristin just had their third baby and they invited us up for the blessing. We stayed with our friends Aaron and Sarah. Jeremy has been friends with Aaron since high school. Lots of good memories there too! It is just coincidental that they live in the same town and are friends with the same friends as us. It had been way too long since we had seen either of them. It was so great to see everyone. The kids had a great time playing together, and we had a yummy dinner. We need to get together more often. Also, here I am 35 weeks pregnant!
**Oops, I meant to say 33 weeks pregnant, I will be 35 weeks this week.
